Skill Knowledge(nature) may be replaced with Knowledge(planes) as the player sees fit. This is due to knowledge of Planar environs and denizens being a Planes check, and Nature checks applying to the Prime Material Plane and certain, anchored sub-planes, pocket planes, and demi-planes.
